TKRIMS has an impeccable track record of achieving good placements every year, with the best companies visiting the campuses to recruit students.

TKRIMS has its own Training and placement cell which operates under the overall guidance of a coordinator who heads a team of managers and executives, to work towards better placements every year, at the campuses

The main objective of the TPC is to enhance the placement prospects of TKRIMS students. TPC personnel visit potential employers in various companies and apprise them of the ample talent available at our college. Over the years, they have developed strong relationships with more than 40 companies all over Andhra pradesh.

Last year, more than 25 companies have recruited students from TKRIMS. There has also been a steady increase in the number of companies recruiting from TKRIMS every year.

The TPC organizes various activities such as guest lectures, pre-placement talks and workshops, which give opportunities to the industry as well as the students to interact with each other. Apart from academics, the students are given career counseling and training in soft skills, and are also exposed to group discussion practice sessions and mock interviews prior to the final placements.
